Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the order. Please note that if your order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a gift and would like to return it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us using the information below. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

In cases where a refund is delayed due to incorrect payment information provided by the customer, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you to obtain the correct details. If we are unable to reach you within 30 days, the refund may be canceled, and you will need to initiate a new refund request.
